Solange es windstill ist tut das Gerät, was es soll. Die Leistung ist schwächer als gedacht, denn bei Wind merkt man gar nichts von der Wärme. Eine geschlossene Terasse wäre optimal.

Appears to be a really good heater but I haven't had it installed very long. I like its features and it appears to be giving off really good heat. The remote is stylish and simple to use (doesn't come with batteries). I think its going to be good.

De straler moet echt heel laag hangen "buiten onder afdak, achter zijl" om warmte bij je voeten te krijgen, hetgeen resulteerd in in verbrand hoofd :-) Het is wel een echte eye-catcher.
Der Wärmestrahler wurde relativ schnell geliefert und war sehr gut verpackt. Der Strahler war schnell installiert in unserem neuen Pavillon aus Holz (ca.15 m2). Die Wärmestrahlung ist vollkommen ausreichend, so dass man abends noch lange an der frischen Luft sitzen kann. Einziger Mangel ist die schwache LED Lampe, die könnte noch etwas heller strahlen. Deshalb ziehe ich aber keinen Stern ab. Ich kann den Strahler nur weiter empfehlen.
Heizquelle von oben im Partyraum (unbeheizt) war der Plan.Hiermit gut lösbar und die Wärme verteilt sich echt gut.Die Lichtquelle ist nice to have, allerdings bitte keine richtige Lichtleistung erwarten, für einen Partyraum als add on aber ok.Heizleistung über die FB schaltbar, klappt gut.Bei voller Leistung mehr als ausreichend, irgendwann sogar schon zu warm.Kaufte ich wieder.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden . Hatte mir vorher im Baumarkt verschiedene Modelle angeschaut und war nicht so glücklich . Durch das Design ,die Heizleistung und die Kette zum Aufhängen ist es dann zu diesem Kauf gekommen . Preis Leistung passt auch. Sie hängt unter einer Terassendecke und wir hatten es, obwohl es nur 14 Grad waren , schön warm.
Wärmeleistung sehr gut. Lichtleistung zu schwach. Würde aber das Teil wieder kaufen, da die Luxleistung für meinen Zweck nicht ausschlaggebend ist.
So manche kalte Nächte hätten die Stimmung die am Tag war kaputt gemacht. Aber dank des Heizstrahlers können wir auch gemütlich bis in die späten Abendstunden unter dem Pavillon sitzen. Top Kaufempfehlung!! Alles in Ordnung nur zu empfehlen
der Strahler ist in Ordnung, könnte aber eine zwei Stufen-Schaltung vertragen. Außerdem finde ich den Ort des Schalters und den Kabelausgang nicht optimal gewählt. Ich habe eine Zweistufenschaltung mit einem Kippschalter und zwei Dioden realisiert, kostet paar Euro und etwas Bastelzeit. Außerdem habe ich den Schalter a/e verlegt und die Kabeleinführung nach oben gelegt. Jetzt kann ich den Strahler auch unter meinem Sonnenschirm hängen, da er in der Mitte ein Loch hat, in dem der Schirmständer durchpasst. Die Schirmmontage ist gefahrlos möglich ist, da nach oben kaum Wärme abgegeben wird. Natürlich sollte die Heizung aus sein, wenn der Schirm eingeklappt wird.

Das schwarze Bedienteil, welches im unteren Teil des Heizers angebracht ist, ist schräg montiert. Daher leidet die Optik etwas, Punktabzug. (Hatte keine Lust, das Riesenteil zurückzuschicken) Die Materialien und die Heizleistung ist gut. Fernbedienung funktioniert bisher ohne Probleme.
Wärmt sehr schön, habe den Strahler über dem Gartentisch hängen.

Super matériel et très efficace.
Aufgrund der teilweise irreführenden Bewertungen vorher mach ich mir mal wieder die Mühe eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Ich habe die Lampe 3 Abende getestet und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät hat 2000 Watt. Man kann eine Spirale mit 800 Watt einschalten und/oder eine mit 1200 Watt. Das heisst wenn beide an sind ist man bei 2000 Watt. Das wurde in einer anderen Bewertung falsch geschrieben. Das Kabel an der Strahler ist 1,5m lang. Wenn man sich so eine Strahler aufhängt sollte man sich bewusst sein, daß man dann auch dort eine Stockdose installiert und nicht eine 10m Zuleitung bekommt. Das Licht ist eine kleine LED die etwas Licht macht. Da es hauptsächlich ein Heizstrahler ist erwarte ich dort auch kein Flutlicht. Die Heizspirale gibt ansich schon ein schönes Wohlfühllicht ab. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bestellen und seine eigene Erfahrung machen, besser als über manche irreführende Verwertung zu hören.
Ich habe den Strahler unter dem Pavillon. Das geht sehr gut. Der Abstand durch die Kette zum Dach reicht gut aus. Viel zu kurz ist leider das Kabel. Wer hat schon eine Steckdose an der Decke? Die Heizleistung muss auf 2500Watt gestellt sein. Sonst kommt nicht einmal am Kopf, am Tisch sitzend, etwas an. Bis zu einer Außentemperatur von +12 Grad bei Windstille für mich aber dann ausreichend. Mit einer vernünftigen Kabellänge würde ich ihn weiterempfehlen. Lieferung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Artikel war gut verpackt.

Für 2, also direkt über dem Tisch, ist das Gerät gut. Insofern ist es ok, dass es keine Reduzierstufen gibt. Preis Leistung sehr gut.

Der Strahler wird unter einem Pavillon betrieben und reicht völlig aus um 6 Personen zu erwärmen ! Die Wärmeabstrahlung nach oben ist sehr gering ,also kein Problem mit der Plane darüber .Die Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei ! Was mich fast zur Rücksendung bewogen hat war das doch stark verbogene Gitter ( Foto) Ich habe es dann aber selbst gerichtet! Da hat wohl offensichtlich keine Endkontrolle stattgefunden.

Arrived later than advised. Well packed, east to assemble and instal and performs well. Remote control is nice. All seems decent quality. I would suggest that the installation requirement to be 50cm below and 180cm above a surface is nigh on impossible to achieve in practice. I have installed in a circular 3m high 'breeze' house which is the max height without planning. Given internal ceiling height, floor depth and a set table height, I can't meet both requirements by a significant distance. I settled for meeting the clearance above as the priority. In the attached photo, the table is 140cm below the lamp. The hanging chain is 50cm long and the power lead 1.5m. Runs fine off a standard 13amp ext lead.

Good quality but beware if you are buying more than one as they seem to change the lights from warm white to cold white with no option given on purchase. We have 2 side by side in our gazebo and the lights are completely different colours.

IDEAL PARA LA TERRAZA DEL BAR Tengo un bar con una terraza que ahora con el covid es lo que más aprovechan los clientes. He colgado estos calefactores (uno cada 3 mesas) y dan calor mas que suficiente, con la ventaja de no tener que poner un cacharro de pie que ocupa mucho espacio y es complicado luego de almacenar. Además cuenta con calentamiento rápido por infrarrojos lo que hace que se obtenga calor muy rápido sin los tediosos tiempos de espera. Tiene un mando a distancia con bastante capacidad de recepción que me permite gestionar la temperatura (tiene 3 niveles) sin molestar a las mesas ni tener que acercarme a nadie. El diseño retro es un puntazo, hace que se luzca muy bien sin llamar demasiado la atención. Viene con una luz led que se puede encender o no, dependiendo de la iluminación que se necesite.
Parfait pour notre grande terrasse. La lampe chauffante est de bonne qualité, simple à accrocher, au top. On l a mise sous une tonnelle et honnêtement l espace de vie est agréable même par basse température. J ai pris le noir car plus discret, même si les luminaires rouges sont assez flashy! Je ne me sers que du niveau de chaleur 1500W, bien suffisant à mon avis. Reste a voir la robustesse du produit sur quelques années, mais au vu de la solidité de le bestiole, je n en doute pas un seul instant.
Purchased this item to for a summer house and it is the ideal product. The two stage heating is ideal for taking the chill off the room and then for maintaining a comfortable temperature, made easier with the remote control. The light is also helpful as it does not take up any additional space.

Touch power level control and Remote both excellent. Heavy Euro 2 pin to UK 3 pin adaptor fitted was free to move in box but no damage. Very smart. Heat and light levels medium. Really pleased with our heater. Used in our polycarbonate gazebo. My wife usually feels the cold. With our heater on full setting she sat out with only a t-shirt! She even then asked if we could turn it down, which of course with this model you can. Really pleased, easy to use and no installation needed. Superb value for money.

I had to replace the power cable for a slightly longer one as 1.5 metres is too short. However, was easily done and now takes pride of place in the roof of my Gazebo. Nights drawing in and cooling down, no problem with a flick of a switch and choose power setting on the remote. Very cozy and we continue to eat Al Fresco every evening. We are really very pleased with this well made and good looking heater.

Chauffage appoint extérieur sur un petit espace couvert, cela chauffe pas très fort et il faut être proche sinon on ne sent pas la chaleur, mais il convient,sinon bonne qualité, beau produit solide et bien fait.. Mention spéciale pour le suivi et service client retour, j'ai renvoyé un premier chauffage sur pied car il ne convenait pas à l'espace, le retour a été fait avec facilité et suivi très sérieux.. Vendeur très professionnel, je recommanderais sans hésitations.
Wir haben den Heizstrahler direkt anbringen und ausprobieren können. Die Montage bedarf wenig Zeit und ist einfach gemacht. Durch das lange Netzkabel kann man die Lampe flexibel anbringen und braucht sich nicht mit nervigen Fragen, wie wo ist die nächste Steckdose und brauche ich ein Verlängerungskabel aufzuhalten. Wir haben gespannt auf die Lieferung gewartet und konnte es kaum Abwarten das Gerät auszuprobieren. Genau zur richtigen Zeit, wo es draußen merklich kühler geworden ist, konnten wir uns von der wohligen Wärme und der atmosphärischen und gemütlichen Belichtung der Strahlers überzeugen. Muy buen calefactor por infrarrojos la tenemos montada en la terraza y ahora con el frio nos viene de perlas para estar agusto sin pasar frio. Trae dos niveles de potencia y calienta muchisimo justo lo que estabamos buscando. El diseño es muy bonito y me le esperaba mas pequeña pero tiene buen tamaño.

Solo le falta oler a brasa Es de exterior, pero yo la puse en casa, Calienta muchísimo, Funciona de maravilla, material consistente, con mucha estabilidad, bien protegido de la lluvia, La enciendes y al momento ya notas el calorcito. Que sea alta también es muy cómoda en el caso de que haya niños o animales. no consume mucho, perfecto para bares y terrazas, restaurantes o casas, resulta elegante por su diseño. ocupa poco espacio, y tiene varios niveles de temperatura. Excelente producto cumple con las expectativas. Fácil de montar peso ideal y buena estabilidad.
